Frozen Condense Pipe

Due to extremely cold weather (Beast from the East) we were called many times to attend boiler repairs in Leicester. We have advised all of our customers how to thaw the frozen condense pipe and most cases it was resolved over the phone thanks to our expert gas safe engineers advise.

Some cases we attend the property and unfreeze the condense pipe and insulated them.

If the boiler in the loft or garage which are not insulated properly or lacking in warm use an electric heater to warm up the area until the weather gets better.
