New Worcester Bosch 24 Ri heat only Boiler installed in Groby, Leicester
We removed a leaking boiler and replaced with a Worcester Bosch 24 Ri heat only boiler for a large house in Groby, Leicester.
This job took 2 men to complete the work in the 1.5 days time requested by our customer. Within 1.5 days, we installed a new boiler in the utility area. Also power flush the central heating system, Installed 28 mm Adey magnetic filter and up graded external controls.
To comply with new Part L upgrade (Boiler Plus Legislation โ Building regulation) weโve installed Nest third generation heating and hot water web based programmer.
From April 2018, the new Boiler Plus Legislation, which is part of the Heat In Buildings Policy, will mean that new gas fired combi boilers replacement installation in England must be installed with one of the following.
- Smart control
- Load compensation control
- weather compensation control
- flue gas recovery unit
We are already complying the new legislation and saving money for our customers and looking after environment too.
